Every operator in the world was racing to launch a budget airline that flew long-haul. Our client, IAG (British Airways, Iberia, Aer Lingus), were the first to get it off the ground, launching the world’s first low-cost, long-haul carrier, LEVEL.
The LEVEL visual identity is inspired by early aircraft insignia, updated for the modern age. We created a simple and distinct identity with a ‘utilitarian chic’ aesthetic, which would reflect a stylish value-led offer.
