Natasha Chetiyawardana is a C-Suite challenger and champion of women, diversity and creativity in business. She co-founded Bow & Arrow, White Space Digital Innovation Consultancy with Ben Slater in 2009 (now part of Accenture Interactive). They created Bow & Arrow to bring together the strategic rigour of a management consultancy, the commercial robustness of venture investors and the creative impact of a design agency.
Natasha was previously UK 'Designer of the Year', with work exhibited internationally and the creator of the world’s first innovation syllabus at Pratt Institute, NYC. She regularly mentors young creatives, judges design awards, speaks on panels and is passionate about helping emerging talent grow their creative confidence. She has also had a side hustle for the last 15 years, helping her ‘Innovator of the Year’ brother create and launch award-winning bars and restaurants globally, including launching new products and content like MasterClass.
Natasha is known as a creative leader that pulls together commerciality, true customer resonance, and cutting-edge creative application. She believes designers can help businesses be more brave and ambitious to deliver true positive social and sustainable change and new types of value to the world – with speed and creativity. As a catalyst that naturally makes ideas happen and always has an eye on the future, she is an infectious and intuitive leader of culture.
She is honoured to have been asked to co-Chair The Drum Design Awards 2021 with John Mathers.
