Kim is co-founder of creative studio DVTK, which she leads together with David Broner. After working as Digital Art Director at KENZO, Kim moved to London in 2015 to found DVTK with David. Now based between London and Paris, the duo works within a framework of digital experiences. Their practice incorporates art direction, 3D rendering, animation, interactive installation and user experience design.
Kim and David have developed their unique design approach and aesthetic by relentlessly asking themselves: how can we turn digital interfaces into virtual worlds?
The studio has been commissioned by various fashion and luxury clients, helping brands like KENZO, Galeries Lafayette, Dior, Nike or Fiorucci in translating their traditional imagery into immersive stories, shaped for tomorrow’s audience.
Their work has received attention from art and design communities, leading to talks, juries panels and workshops with institutions such as Tate Britain, Decoded Fashion, ECAL, Somerset House, Gobelins School of Image in Paris or London Design Festival. They work has been featured in I-D magazine, Dazed, T-magazine, Creators Project, LSN Global, 032c and It’s Nice that.
Alongside their design practice, David and Kim are associate lecturers at London College of Fashion since 2018.
